BSF Eligibility Criteria 2018 Details :-

The candidates who are going to apply for BSF Recruitment 2018 must satisfies the BSF Eligibility Criteria 2018.The eligibility of candidate will be depends upon factors like Nationality,Educational Qualification and Age limit respectively.

Nationality : A candidate must be either:
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the Examination but the offer of appointment will be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him by the Government of India.

Educational Qualification : The candidates educational qualification should be given below in post wise respectively.

For Constable (Tradesman) Post : Candidates who have passed Matriculation or its Equivalent can apply for BSF Bharti 2018.

For Sub Inspector Post : Candidates who have completed Graduation from recognized board are eligible to apply BSF Bharti 2018.

For GD Constable Post : Candidates who have passed Matriculation or its Equivalent can apply for BSF Bharti 2018.

For Law Officer Grade II Post : The candidate must be a Graduate with 6 years of service in Group A and 3 years experience in legal affairs.

 

BSF Age Limit & Relaxation Details :-

As per Border Security Force (BSF) guidelines the candidates age & age limit will be as given below for post wise respectively.

For Constable (Tradesman) Post : Aspirants age should be 18 Years – 23 Years.

For Sub Inspector Post : Aspirants maximum age should be 32 Years.

For GD Constable Post : Aspirants age should be 18 Years – 23 Years.

For Law Officer Grade II Post : Aspirants maximum age should be 56 Years.

For Head Constable Post : Aspirants maximum age should be 45 Years.
